Turn around there's those eyes again.
Turn around fake indifference and I.
Watch their cold, dark silhouettes disappear.
A hundred bodies fill this room.
And all their faces overdone.
Pain is foreign, foreign to us.
I don't even know you.
You won't even know I'm gone.
Was it something I did wrong?

Ginny sat at the back of the church, twisting her hands in her lap, tears running silently down her pale cheeks from her hazel eyes.

The only man she ever loved was getting married. To a woman who definitely wasn’t her. Ginny had been so happy with Harry, oh so happy the summer after the war ended. Harry had even been talking marriage, after Ginny graduated from Hogwarts. Then…Harry went into Auror training.

Where he discovered that his assigned Auror partner was none other than Cho Chang. His first love.

Ginny shook her head, and her straight red hair fell over her face, streaming down the shoulders of her black dress.

While everyone else was wearing bright colors and celebrating, Ginny was in mourning for a relationship that would never be.

Roses, roses cold.
Roses, roses sold out.
Turn around reds and whites again.
I'd sell my kicks for one more low tar.
Fevers hand in hand with shoelace bracelets.
Why are some girls so naive?
He didn't unbutton your blouse to see.
A better view of your heart.
Oh yeah, can't blame you for trying.
Sing it soft.
Make it slow.

“Harry! How are you?! I’ve missed you sooo much!” Ginny screeched when she spotted Harry standing in the doorway of her bedroom at the Burrow. Harry had been gone all summer, but he promised to come back, so see her to the train station at Hogwarts.

Ginny tossed her book onto the floor, and jumped off the bed, darting across the room to Harry. She hugged him fiercely. Instead of returning the hug, his arms lay at his side, as he gazed at her with a sad expression on her face.

“What is it, Harry?” Ginny said, feeling dread creep into her heart. Harry shook his head, and reached up, and unclasped the simple silver chain which Ginny had bought him after pooling her left-over pocket money, and borrowing from Hermione.

“I-I can’t be with you anymore, Ginny. I love someone else now.” Harry said, dropping the chain into Ginny’s hand and closing her hand around it.

“Who is it?” Ginny asked, tears already sliding down her cheeks, leaving black trails from her now ruined mascara.

“It’s Cho…Cho Chang.” Ginny threw the necklace across the room, and sank to the floor, in tears.

Apples parachute the boys back down.
Fill it up.
A new, improved modern way to feel.
I don't even know you.
You won't even know I'm gone.
Was it something I did wrong?

Early this morning, December 25th, 2000, Cho Chang-Potter gave birth to her first child with Harry Potter, the Boy-Who-Lived! Merry Christmas indeed!

Their child, whom they named Lily Mai Potter, after their mothers, is 6lb 7oz, and 21 inches long. Mother and child are doing just fine. Mr. Potter is over-joyed at the birth of his child…

Ginny set the paper down on the table, and stared out the window with blank eyes. The Burrow was surprisingly quiet for Christmas Morning, seeing as all the inhabitants were still sleeping. Calmly, Ginny rolled up the paper, and magically sealed it shut. She magicked a piece of paper and Self-Inking Quill onto the table, and began to write.

“Dear Harry-
Congratulations on the birth of your daughter with Cho.
I am sincerely happy for you and your wife, and I wish you luck in your later endeavors.
Even though we will never be, please remember that I’ll always love you.

Lots of love, forever and ever-
Ginny ♥

Ginny folded the letter, and beckoned Michael, her owl to the table. She whispered “Take this to Harry.” and tied it to the owl’s leg, who hooted, and took off out the window that Ginny opened with a flick of her wand. She leaned back in her chair, and placed her wand at her wrist.

“Sectumsepmra.” She whispered, a vague smile on her wrist.

The smile was still on her face two hours later when her mother found her facedown on the kitchen table, her hair stirring in the gentle breeze from the window, a puddle of blood congealing under the chair.

Don’t hate me! I had to write this…idk why…I just get this feeling that Harry and Ginny’ll always have this strong connection, and its something like Harry and Voldemort’s prophecy, only they can’t live without each other’s love…
