I do not own Harry Potter… I WISH

	It was late December and almost Christmas time, Harry, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione had decided to stay at Hogwarts this year. 

             They were in the Gryffindor common room, like usual, when Harry looked out the window to see snow. “Hey guys want to go outside?” Asked Harry. “Sure”, said Ron “I’m up for it”, said Ginny. Hermione stayed quiet, they all knew that she would want to stay inside and study, but sometimes they knew what was better for Hermione then Hermione. 

              Harry gave Ginny a wink and Ginny took her que to drag Hermione up to the girl’s dormitories on leaving Ron and Harry to go up to theirs. “Harry?” Ron asked, “Yes?” “Well, err… a … I wasthinkingthatmaybeIshouldaskHermioneout”, mumbled Ron quickly. Harry, having been Ron’s friend for such along time could understand Ron’s way of talking. 

               “Well you’ve finally come to your scenes mate, good for you!” Harry said giving Ron an encouraging slap on the back. “Lets head back down” Said Harry heading for the stairs. “WAIT! Promise not to tell?” asked Ron, “promise”, Harry assured him.
	When they got to the common room the girls were already there waiting. “I like your jacket Hermione”, said Harry. “Ya me too”, said Ron. “Thank you boys”, said Hermione blushing a little. 

            Ginny cleared her throat and looked at Harry, “and… I like you!” Harry said grabbing her hand and led the way outside. When they reached outside the snow was almost up to their knees. “Hey! Let’s have a snowball fight! Girls against guys!” Ron yelled, and it was 20 minutes or pure fun, until Harry and Ginny noticed that Ron and Hermione were only throwing snowballs at each other. So they were able to sneak away without getting noticed, Harry spotted a bench but it was filled with snow, so he stopped Ginny and brushed it off. 

                   “There”, Harry said smiling, “aww… that was so sweet but you know what would be sweeter?” Asked Ginny, Harry just sat there looking confused so she said, “If you tell me if Ron is going to ask Hermione out any time soon?” 

               “Sorry, Gin but I promised Ron.” Ginny sighed and leaned in to kiss Harry hard on the lips. “Now?” she asked innocently “nope, sorry” Harry stated. Finally Hermione and Ron realized they had stopped playing. “When did you two stop playing”, asked Ron “about 15 minutes ago” Harry said casually. 

           “Hi Harry!” a girl said breaking their silence. Harry turned around to see that it was Cho Chang, his ex girlfriend. “Oh hey Cho”, a nervous Harry said. “I decided to see what you guys were doing. None of my friends are here, they all went home for Christmas”, said Cho plopping herself down beside Harry. Harry turned his back on Ginny to talk to Cho while still holding Ginny’s hand. Harry could feel Ginny stiffen when Cho asked if she could join the snowball fight. 

               They made new teams: Harry and Ginny vs. Hermione, Ron, and Cho. While Harry was dodging snowballs from the corner of his eye he could see Ginny making snowballs furiously and throwing them all at Cho. “Gin, what are you doing? Get Ron and Hermione too!” Harry yelled over all the laughing. “Your absolutely right… thanks for telling me Harry.” Ginny said in a flirty voice.  Harry noticed that she made sure Cho was watching them before she grabbed him and started snogging him. “What was that for?” Harry asked breathlessly when they broke apart. 

           “Oh… nothing”, Ginny said with one of her mischievous smiles. “aw… remember when we first kissed Harry? Wasn’t it amazing?” said Cho trying to get Ginny back. Suddenly all eyes were on Harry, waiting for his response.
